It's playoff time, and Mountain View-Gotebo had no trouble coming through when it counted. They breezed past Balko/Forgan to the tune of 56-6 on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won seven matchups by 30 points or more so far this season.

Mountain View-Gotebo has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.3 points on average over those games. As for Balko/Forgan, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-5.

Looking ahead, Mountain View-Gotebo will face off against Medford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Cardinals have now posted at least 31 points in their last six games. Balko/Forgan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
