After flying high against Greenville  last Friday, Terrell came back down to earth. The Terrell Tigers fell  25-14 to the Crandall Pirates on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the  26-21 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in October of 2023.
 Although Terrell took the loss, they still got scores from  Julian Ashley and  Roderick Hambrick Jr..

 Crandall found their leader in sophomore  Jeremiah Douglas, who picked up 119 receiving yards and a touchdown.
 Terrell's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Crandall,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 8-1.
 Terrell will head out to  square off against Poteet  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Terrell is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 30.2  points per game  this season. As for Crandall, they will look to defend their home field  on Thursday against Greenville  at 7:00  p.m. The timing is sure in Crandall's favor as the  team sits on eight straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Greenville has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.
