They strolled past Abundant Life Christian Academy with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 59-42. Boca Raton Christian pushed the score to 55-29 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles cut but never quite recovered from.
Boca Raton Christian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Nate Walters out in front who scored 11 points along with five rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Good, who scored 16 points.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Enzo Lima, who scored nine points. Another player making a difference was Ray Delgardo, who scored six points.
Boca Raton Christian pushed their record up to 9-12 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.5 points per game.
