The Westover Christian Academy Bulldogs can now show off four landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Friday. Everything went their way against Timberlake Christian as Westover Christian Academy made off with a 54-34 victory. The win was just what Westover Christian Academy needed coming off of a 64-34 loss in their prior game.
Leading Westover Christian Academy to victory were Caleb Hill and Malachai Waller. Hill scored 20 points along with six rebounds and five steals, while Waller dropped a double-double on 13 points and 18 rebounds. Landon Hardy was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Westover Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Timberlake Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.
Westover Christian Academy will be playing at home against New Covenant at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. New Covenant presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Westover Christian Academy in Virginia (New Covenant is ranked 35th, while Westover Christian Academy is ranked 355th). As for Timberlake Christian, they will head out on the road to take on Westover Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
