The Reedy Lions will head out on the road to face off against the Frisco Raccoons at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Reedy is not getting complacent considering they own a much higher rank in Texas (they are ranked 81st, while Frisco is ranked 314th).
On Friday, Reedy kept a clean sheet against Creekview. Everything went their way against the Mustangs as they made off with a 5-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Reedy.
They hit Creekview with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Zaara Jacobs (2),
Alyssa Shioya,
Emma Taylor, and
Hannah Davidson.
Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Frisco's offense. They were the victim of a tough 3-0 loss at the hands of Wakeland on Friday. Frisco has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Reedy's win bumped their record up to 7-5-3. As for Frisco, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8-3.
