Adamson had to endure a 13-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They snuck past Hampton Prep with a 32-26 win on Friday. The Leopards' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Adamson's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-9. As for Hampton Prep, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Adamson and Community will compete for holiday cheer at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing isn't great for Adamson: they have been struggling with six straight losses at home dating back to last season, while Community has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road. As for Hampton Prep, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Summit International Prep on January 3, 2025. Hampton Prep's defense has only allowed 29.6 points per game this season, so Summit International Prep's offense will have their work cut out for them.
