The Trinity Prep Crusaders lost against the Rio Lindo Adventist Spartans back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Trinity Prep lost to Rio Lindo Adventist on the road by a decisive 41-25 margin. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Trinity Prep has scored all season.
Rio Lindo Adventist was led to victory by Hunter McNunn and Jhordany Barcenas. McNunn almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine rebounds, while Barcenas scored 16 points along with four steals. McNunn is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. MJ Lepulu was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Trinity Prep has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season. As for Rio Lindo Adventist, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.
Trinity Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Rio Lindo Adventist also has no future games currently scheduled.
