Volleyball Recap: Spring Valley Falls Short Against Ranked Woodrow Wilson

Spring Valley faced Woodrow Wilson in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Timberwolves fell just short of the Flying Eagles by a score of 2-1. The Timberwolves were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Flying Eagles earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Despite the loss, Spring Valley had strong showings from Rylee Plymale, who had 12 digs and two assists, and Addison Bailey, who had nine digs. Plymale is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last six games she's played.
