After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Tampa Prep was a bit more limited in their match on Monday. They lost 13-2 to the Pace Patriots. The Terrapins' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Tampa Prep saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dennis Martino, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Langston Sallis also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Tampa Prep now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Pace, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-2.
