After a string of three wins, Central Linn's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They lost to Toledo by a decisive 35-52 margin. The defeat was a vexing one since Central Linn were expected to win based on their state ranking.
The loss dropped Central Linn's record to 3-1. The win got Toledo back to even at 2-2.
Central Linn will look to defend their home turf next week against Creswell at 7:00 PM. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend. Toledo will stay at home against Reedsport at 7:00 PM. Reedsport took a loss in their last contest and are no doubt out to reverse Toledo's good fortune.
