The Walton Raiders scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past Osborne 73-45 at home. Given Walton's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 192nd, while Osborne is ranked 424th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Graycen Ehlen continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring ten points along with six assists and five rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Alice Zhang was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with two steals.
Walton has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 12-13 record this season. As for Osborne, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.
Walton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Osborne also has no future games currently scheduled.
