Trinity Christian Academy's win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kymorah Morrissey, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Elsheema Saintyl, who scored 11 points along with two steals.
Despite the defeat, Sheridan Hills Christian had strong showings from Lily Carrington, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and two steals, and Analiese Toro, who scored six points along with two steals. Carrington is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season.
Trinity Christian Academy's win ended a 11-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-10. As for Sheridan Hills Christian, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 3-4.
Trinity Christian Academy will challenge Sheridan Hills Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sheridan Hills Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Donna Klein Jewish Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
