 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Rehaan Subzwari, who  scored four  runs and  stole four bases while going 3-for-3.  Howard Apflauer was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, Clover Garden School can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent  game  on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by  a  23-3 margin over Southern Wake Academy.  In other batting news, Clover Garden School got a  massive  performance out of  Dean Thacker, who  went 3-for-4 with a  home run, seven  RBI,  and two  stolen bases. Thacker has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  stolen base the last four times he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Gabe Kistler, who  went 2-for-2 with three  stolen bases, three  runs,  and four  RBI.
 Triangle Math & Science's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Clover Garden School, the  victory was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-5.
 The pitchers for both teams better look sharp  on Thursday as neither team is afraid to steal. Triangle Math & Science has been swiping bases left and right this season,  having  averaged 6.2  stolen bases per game.
