Constitution took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Generals came out on top in a nail-biter against the Panthers on Tuesday, sneaking past 3-2. For the Generals, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 victory the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Constitution's win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-7. As for Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

Constitution and Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings. The Generals (ranked 144th) will meet Franklin Learning Center (ranked 29th) at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech will square off against Creative & Performing Arts at 3:15 p.m. on Friday with a big rank disadvantage (112 vs. 18).
