Amery and Ellsworth are an even 5-5 against one another  since May of 2017, but likely not for long. The Amery Warriors will head out on the road to  face off against  the Ellsworth Panthers at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Amery is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
 Amery can now show off four landslide victories after their most recent  matchup  on Friday. They were the clear victor by  a  12-2 margin over Webster.
  Stuart Hellie was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he  struck out nine batters over  five innings while giving up just two earned runs off   four  hits. Hellie was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news, Amery got a  massive  performance out of  William Jensen, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was  Mikey Kelly, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought  contest, but Ellsworth had to settle for  a  9-8 defeat against Altoona on Thursday. Ellsworth has not had much luck with Altoona recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
 Amery's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Ellsworth, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
 Amery might still be hurting after the  13-2 defeat they got from Ellsworth  when the teams last played  back in April of 2023. Can Amery avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
