Rancho Cucamonga won the last time they faced Chino Hills, and things went their way on Friday, too. Rancho Cucamonga made easy work of Chino Hills and carried off a 35-14 victory. The success made it back-to-back wins for Rancho Cucamonga.
It took a quarter to shake off the cobwebs, but after zero first-quarter points, the Rancho Cucamonga offense picked up 27 points in the second quarter. Chino Hills wasn't quite able to keep up, scoring 7 to make it 27-7 heading into the break. The Rancho Cucamonga defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the contest. The win bumped Rancho Cucamonga's record up to 2-4. The loss dropped Chino Hills back to even at 3-3.
Next week Rancho Cucamonga take on Etiwanda at 7:00 PM. Those two teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous games. Chino Hills will take on Damien at home at 7:00 PM. Neither of these teams wants a repeat from their last game since each was dealt a considerable defeat.
