The Sho-Ban Chiefs's four-game losing streak came to an end on Tuesday. They came out on top against Watersprings by a score of 38-31. The victory was just what Sho-Ban needed coming off of a 57-34 defeat in their prior contest.
When it comes to explaining why Watersprings lost, one person who can't be blamed is Kaitlyn Syverson. Despite the final result, she scored 18 points along with nine rebounds and four steals. That was a full 58.1% of Watersprings' points, marking the 18th time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Sho-Ban's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-10. As for Watersprings, they dropped their record down to 6-13 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
Sho-Ban does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Watersprings also has no future games currently scheduled.
