After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hempfield, Garden Spot was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 10-2 margin over the Octorara Area Braves. Considering the Spartans have won five matches by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Garden Spot's win bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Octorara Area, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.

Coming up, Garden Spot will challenge Warwick at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Octorara Area, they will take on Solanco at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Braves are facing the Golden Mules at the right time seeing as the Golden Mules are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
