The matchup between Booneville and Mena on Monday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. Booneville blew past Mena 16-6. Booneville might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matches by seven runs or more this season.

Booneville has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.0 runs over those games. As for Mena, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Booneville will challenge Acorn at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mena, they will face off against Dardanelle at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
