 Umatilla  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .543. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as East Ridge only posted  an  OBP of  .250.
Umatilla's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
 Looking ahead, Umatilla will venture away from home to  square off against Mount Dora  at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for East Ridge, they will welcome Ocoee  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
