The Lafayette Rams can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent contest on Monday. They claimed a resounding 59-25 win over Bruton on the road. Winning may never get old, but Lafayette sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Lafayette was led to victory by MaKayla Keys and Dynasti Pierce. Keys scored 12 points along with six steals, while Pierce dropped a double-double on 16 points and 15 rebounds. Keys hasn't dropped below two steals for ten straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenzie Charity, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds.
Lafayette is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 11-8 record this season. As for Bruton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-11.
Lafayette will head out on the road to square off against Tabb at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lafayette is coming into the contest with three straight wins on the road, so Tabb is out to stop a squad with plenty of momentum. As for Bruton, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Poquoson at 5:30 p.m.
