If Livingston wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Lathrop, they should've done a better job of containing Nicolas Arceo. The Lathrop Spartans came out on top against the Livingston Wolves by a score of 72-59 on Friday thanks in part to Arceo, who went 5 of 8 en route to 14 points along with five assists and five boards. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in assists.

Another player making a difference was DJ Reyno, who posted nine points and three steals. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Lathrop's win bumped their record up to 10-16. As for Livingston, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 15 matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-18 record this season.

Coming up, Lathrop will square off against Central Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Central Valley is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.4 points per game this season. As for Livingston, they have already played their next game, a 72-70 victory against Orestimba on the 8th.
