The Scott Central Rebels came into Friday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 60-51 victory over Clarkdale on Friday. For Scott Central, this counts as revenge for the 56-55 loss Clarkdale walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.
Despite the loss, Clarkdale still got an impressive performance from Cade Culpepper, who scored 27 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. Culpepper hasn't dropped below two steals for six straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Connor Mcdill, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds.
The win got Scott Central back to even at 12-12. As for Clarkdale, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-14 record this season.
Scott Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Clarkdale also has no future games currently scheduled.
