Denver South never let their opponents score on Thursday. They blew past the Denver East Angels, posting a 40-0 victory. The Ravens might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by 23 points or more this season.

Denver South didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off five passes before the game was over. Asha Daniels led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by herself. Maelynn Flood has been hot recently, having also posted at least one defended passe the last three times she's played. Daniels got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

The win (which was Denver South's third in a row) raised their record to 6-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 39.0 points over those games. As for Denver East, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Coming up, Denver South will venture away from home to square off against Smoky Hill at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Denver East, they will head out on the road to take on Kennedy at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Angels will be up against the Commanders' rather soft defense (which has allowed 33 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
