Adding to the longest winning streak in Mid-Indiana this week, Western beat Cass 23-8. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Panthers.
Taylor lost to Maconaquah 58-20 last week, the largest margin of any game.
The Braves' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Kyle Dinn threw for 79 and 2 touchdowns and Nathan Robinson had 21 yards receiving. On the ground Cody Hicks chipped in 159 yards. KJ Walton helped Maconaquah's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 28 yards.

Hicks provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Mark Hartman's team defeated Taylor.
Hamilton Heights's Monte Reed and Grant Weatherford led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-4 quarterback Reed has thrown for 1,226 yards this season, while Weatherford has 32 catches for 762 yards. The Braves' Hicks leads the league in rushing yards with 1,460.
Conner Faulkner of the the Huskies is just 23 yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season. In 125 carries Faulkner has accumulated 977 yard this year.
Hamilton Heights led the league in scoring this week after putting up 64 points on Peru.
