The Wiggins Tigers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They came out on top against Haxtun by a score of 60-51. That's another feather in the cap for Wiggins, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Wiggins' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jackson Adams, who scored 18 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Those four steals set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Jack Epple, who scored 11 points along with nine rebounds and three blocks.
Wiggins' victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Haxtun, they bumped their record down to 3-5 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
