Meanwhile, Windermere Prep earned a 61-49 win over the Ascenders on Tuesday. That's two games straight that Windermere Prep has won by exactly 12 points.
Cornerstone Charter Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-10 record this season. As for Windermere Prep, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-6.
Everything came up roses for Cornerstone Charter Academy against the Lakers when the teams last played back in December of 2017 as the team secured a 66-10 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Cornerstone Charter Academy since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
