Berkshire is 7-1 against Lakeside since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Badgers will host the Dragons at 4:30 p.m. The timing is sure in Berkshire's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Lakeside has been banged up by nine consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.
On Wednesday, Berkshire got the win against Cardinal by a conclusive 13-3. Considering the Badgers have won seven matchups by more than nine runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.
Moira Wonders made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off seven hits (and only one walk). Wonders was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

Berkshire has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.1 runs over those games. As for Lakeside, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-16.
Berkshire took their victory against Lakeside when the teams last played back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 20-2 score. Will the Badgers repeat their success, or do the Dragons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
