After some red-hot offensive attacks in their last three matchups, The Lincoln Wolves finally came back down to earth on Friday. They had to suffer through a rough 54-0 loss at the hands of Elkins. Lincoln has struggled against Elkins recently, as their matchup on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Kale Jones rushed for 42 yards. Kayden Job was his top target, picking up 32 receiving yards.
Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Elkins, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.
Lincoln will face off against Heber Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Elkins, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Clinton at 7:00 p.m. Clinton is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
