The result was an unpleasant reminder to Hugo of the 54-53 loss they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2023.
Oklahoma City S's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Crayton Harland, who scored 17 points. Another player making a difference was Akeilius Patterson, who scored ten points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Hugo has not been sharp recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Oklahoma City S, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-17.
