While losing is never fun, the Coyotes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 603rd, while the Braves are ranked 175th).
Madera South's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-13. As for Madera, their loss dropped their record down to 0-12.
