Leading Morning Star Academy to victory were Eden Kobernat and Morgan Tipsword. Kobernat had 14 digs and two aces, while Tipsword had ten digs and three aces. Those 14 digs gave Kobernat a new career-high. Maddie Bohonek also deserves some recognition as she had her first blocks of the season.
Unity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Morning Star Academy, the win keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
