Adding to the longest winning streak in Mission this week, Cathedral beat Cantwell-Sacred Heart 42-13. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
St. Paul fell to Bishop Amat 49-10 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Jalen Greene was a passing and rushing force as Serra bested Narbonne. He completed 7 passes for 102 yards and also ran for 91 yards. Greene's favorite target this week was Adoree' Jackson, who caught 3 passes for 45 yards.
John Carroll was the best wideout in the league this week as St. Francis defeated Damien. Carroll racked up 4 receptions for 71 yards. Dylan Crawford helped St. Francis' passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 39 yards.
The Cavaliers' Greene and Jackson have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Greene has thrown for 1,158 yards this season, while Jackson, a 5-foot-10 receiver, has 27 catches for 553 yards. Harvard-Westlake's Garrett Robinson leads the league in rushing yards with 496.
The Golden Knights made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 591 from 847. The improvement was largely due to a 34-16 victory over the Spartans last week.
