St. Pauls gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener  on Tuesday. They came out on top against the South View Tigers by a score of  11-7. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the   13-0 victory the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in March of 2024.
 Josh Garner was  excellent,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with three  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Calien Mcniell, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 St. Pauls was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .400. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as South View only posted a  batting average of  .269.
South View's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Pauls will host Union Pines  at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for South View, they will face off against Pine Forest at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
