On Friday, Ocala Christian strolled past Bronson with points to spare, taking the game 41-26. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Ocala Christian.
Charlotte Culver was her usual excellent self, scoring 27 points along with two steals. That makes it six consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Ocala Christian's points. Another player making a difference was Brianna Ray, who scored six points.
Ocala Christian has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Bronson, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-8.
Ocala Christian and Belleview will face off at 6:00 p.m. on January 19th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for Bronson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Riverside Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Riverside Christian is hoping to put an end to a six-game streak of away losses.
