Calvary Christian Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against the Hancock Panthers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with six consecutive losses for Calvary Christian Academy and three for Hancock.
Last Tuesday, Calvary Christian Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 50-45 to Cumberland Valley Christian.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 52-22, which was the final score in Hancock's tilt against Maryland School for the Deaf last Thursday. That's two games in a row now that Hancock has lost by exactly 30 points.
Calvary Christian Academy's loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Hancock, their loss dropped their record down to 1-14.
Calvary Christian Academy came out on top in a nail-biter against Hancock in their previous meeting back in January of 2016, sneaking past 38-36. Will Calvary Christian Academy repeat their success, or does Hancock have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
