Isabelle Ames spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on six hits and racked up 11 Ks.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Aubrey Hay, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. Kylee Craft was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.
Scotia-Glenville's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.4 runs over those games. As for South Glens Falls, their record is now 4-1.
