At bat, Neal scored two runs while going 1-for-3, while Kim scored a run while going 2-for-2.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Mercer Hudson, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Maxwell Jones, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI and one double.
Brookstone was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .385. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .323 or higher in four consecutive games.
Brookstone's victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-2. As for Port St. Joe, they now have a winning record of 10-9.
