New Richmond's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rylan Utter, who scored 25 points. Another player making a difference was Luke Wolf, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds.
New Richmond has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season. As for Mariemont, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-4.
