After two weeks on the road, Tipton is heading back home. On Friday they take on Louisa-Muscatine at 7:00 PM. Tipton are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the matchup prepared for a fight.
Their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Tipton, but their most recent game may have softened the blow. They came out on top against West Burlington/Notre Dame by a score of 37-24 last Friday. The high-flying offensive effort was a definite turnaround from Tipton's flat performance the match before.
Meanwhile, Louisa-Muscatine have to be aching after a bruising 6-39 loss to West Liberty. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Louisa-Muscatine.
Tipton's win lifted them to 5-2 while Louisa-Muscatine's defeat dropped them down to 3-4. We'll find out if Tipton can add another positive mark to their record or if Louisa-Muscatine can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Tipton's step.
