Despite the loss, Bethune-Bowman had strong showings from Diana Zeigler, who scored three points along with six rebounds and three steals, and Zy'Tavia Mack, who scored nine points.
Branchville's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-12. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 10.7 points per game. As for Bethune-Bowman, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-8.
