At the plate, Gilbehert Mendoza was incredible, scoring three runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Jayce Windham, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.
Belleview always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .514. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mainland only posted an OBP of .355.
Belleview's record is now 13-11. As for Mainland, their loss dropped their record down to 9-9.
Coming up, Belleview will square off against Seabreeze at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mainland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
