Meanwhile, Colbert County earned a 9-6 victory over Clements on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.
Brody King was incredible, going 2-for-3 with five RBI and one double. Dylan Castle was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
Red Bay now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Colbert County, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.
Colbert County's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Red Bay hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .333. It's a different story for Colbert County, though, as they've only averaged .256. Will they be able to contain Red Bay's hitters?
