Moorpark had won four straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Friday they bumped up to 6-0 to make it five. They put the hurt on the Oak Park Eagles with a sharp 52-27 win. The result was nothing new for the Musketeers, who have now won five games by 21 points or more so far this season.
Moorpark's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Logan Moon, who rushed for 90 yards and one touchdown on only nine carries, and also threw for 86 yards and a pair of TDs. Angel Castaneda helped out on the ground, rushing for 96 yards.
