They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Alliance Christian 68-32 at home. The result was nothing new for High Point Baptist Academy, who have now won three matches by 22 points or more so far this season.
High Point Baptist Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nehemiah Seifert, who scored 18 points. Those 18 points set a new season-high mark for him. Carlos Torres was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
High Point Baptist Academy pushed their record up to 5-1 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.7 points per game. As for Alliance Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
High Point Baptist Academy will head out on the road to face off against Lancaster County Christian at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lancaster County Christian is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 54.4 points per game. Alliance Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Linville Hill at 7:00 p.m. on January 5, 2024.
