Vitorio Dante continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a double-double on 19 points and nine rebounds. He has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last seven times he's played. Another player making a difference was Evan Mckean, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Highlands Ranch's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Payton TerEick, who scored 11 points along with two steals. TerEick has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of George West III, who scored ten points along with two steals.
Castle View's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Highlands Ranch, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Castle View will stay at home for another game and welcome the Grizzlies at 7:00 p.m. on February 2nd. ThunderRidge is looking to tack on another W to their six-game streak on the road. As for Highlands Ranch, they will be playing at home against the Raiders at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
