Dawson won the last time they faced Angleton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eagles breezed past the Wildcats to the tune of 72-24. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 20 points or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Dawson and bumps their season record up to 13-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points over those games. As for Angleton, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dawson will head out to square off against Dobie at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Angleton, they will take on Clear Creek in a tournament on Friday.
