After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Richland Northeast, Columbia was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Keenan Raiders with a sharp 20-8 victory. The Capitals haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

The victory got Columbia back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Columbia will venture away from home to square off against Colleton County at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Keenan, they are taking a road trip to face off against Swansea at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Keenan has now lost ten straight dating back to last season, leaving the team hunting for their first win since the 12th.
