It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Mooresville can now relate to. They took a  blow against the Indianapolis Bishop Chatard Trojans on Friday, falling  48-14. While losing is never fun, the Pioneers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Indiana football rankings (they are ranked 72nd, while the Trojans are ranked 12th).
 Several Pioneers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Connor Cruz, who threw for 161 yards and a pair of  TDs.
  Danny Adams went supernova For Indianapolis Bishop Chatard., rushing for 94 yards, while also picking up 66 receiving yards.  Julio Graves was another key player, picking up 52 receiving yards and two  touchdowns.
Mooresville's loss was  their fourth straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Indianapolis Bishop Chatard, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record  this season.
 Mooresville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Indianapolis Bishop Chatard, they will face off against Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory at 8:00  p.m.  on Friday.
