Madonna lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Catholic Central, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's game. The Blue Dons were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Crusaders on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Blue Dons, who have now won eight matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Koleton Grishkevich was a standout: he got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of David Connors, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Madonna hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Catholic Central struck out seven times.

The win was the seventh in a row for Madonna, bringing their record up to 10-2. As for Catholic Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.
